Wesley Snipes is allegedly on the lam for indictments of tax fraud...to the tune of $12million. This is SO like his movie with Tommy Lee Jones, "U.S. Marshals"!

Do celebrities (or CEOs or Ballin) intentionally try to cheat the system because they feel they are above the law, or is it because they have handlers that make a lot of key decisions for them - so they are blissfully unaware until indictment time?
